I have now relocated to our newly refurbished studios on Grace Hill in Folkestone, Kent. We have a large fully equipped pilates studio with a Cadillac, 2 Reformers and a Wunda Chair, and a large loft studio where I can teach matt classes. My work is very personal I have been teaching pilates for 15 years and I teach to the body in front of me

Lessons available: Private (one person), Dual Private 
(2 people), Small Group Classes (max 3 people) and Matt Classes (max 6 people)
